C – Level Administrative Assistant

Job DescriptionOur client is a manufacturer of Medical Device products, they are growing and looking to add to their team an Executive Level Administrative Assistant to support the C level executives of the company.They are looking for a competent, confident, and driven Executive Administrative Assistant with experience working in a manufacturing environment to provide personalized administrative support in a well-organized and efficient manner. You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks and projects related to the executive’s working life and communication and will take ownership of the various activities assigned.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS • Provide personalized project and administrative support in a well-organized and efficient manner to C-Suite Executives.• Assist Executives with inventory and asset management activities. • Perform accurate research and analysis for new and existing Executive team projects.• Generate regular reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly) and update databases for the Executive Team.• Monitor, audit, maintain, and manage records, contracts, and projects.• Liaise with Managers and disseminate internal and external company communications from Executive Management.• Handle requests and queries appropriately and efficiently.• Resolve administrative problems and inquiries.• Use various software and operating platforms to facilitate project completion.• Additional responsibilities as assigned by Executive team.DESIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES • High school diploma; additional degrees or certifications a plus• Minimum of 3 years’ experience working with C-Suite Executives.• Minimum of 5 years’ experience working with projects and providing administrative support• Experience working in a fast paced, hi-tech medical device manufacturing environment strongly preferred• Must possess, at minimum, intermediate proficiency with office management systems and Microsoft Office Suite/Office 365• Familiarity with cloud-based systems and calendaring software• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) • Commitment to discretion and confidentiality concerning sensitive company information.• Excellent organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to multitask and prioritize work• Desired Characteristics: Professional, confident, entrepreneurial minded, with a friendly disposition• Preferred experience with SMARTSHEETS• Preferred experience with HUBSPOT• Preferred experience with BambooHR• Preferred experience with QT9 Company DescriptionPremier Placements has been providing recruiting services for over 20 years.
