Bilingual (English & Spanish) Administrative Assistant

Florida Linen Services

This is a Full-time position in Pompano Beach, FL posted August 11, 2021.

Candidate starts at $15.00 and will move to $16.00 after 90 days of service pending performance.

Duties include:
Entering & printing orders that are received by phone or fax.

Performs shortage delivery tickets.

Must be fully bilingual (English & Spanish) Contacts customers on missing orders of their product.

Verify and keep records on incoming customer orders.

Others duties may be assigned in accordance with the office procedures of individual establishments and may include a combination of answering telephones, special projects, filing, and office machine operation.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Examine contents for accuracy of orders, enters and prints orders that are received by fax or telephone Communicate with customers, employees, and other individuals to answer questions, disseminate or explain information, take orders and address complaints, Vice President, Plant Manager, and Route Manager.

Answer telephones, direct calls and receive messages.

Maintain spreadsheet for Tenet standard orders.

Completes a clean/soil report.

Operate office machines, such as photocopiers and scanners, facsimile machines, voice mail systems and personal computers.

Completes, HCA, Tenets, Edward Healey, weekly/monthly/clean/soil variance Process weekly invoice and adjust any invoice that needs correction and mail out Alphabetize the daily delivery contents reports for orders delivered to customers.

Review files, records, and other documents to obtain information to respond to requests.

Ensure accuracy of soil sheets from drivers to the information scanned into Linen Master software program.

Assist payroll clerk with the distribution of weekly payroll checks

Education

2 year associate degree, accountant/finance or equivalent experience

Experience

Six months to one year related experience
