What is the Job?
Support the HR and Production teams with all forms of communication with employees whose primary language is Spanish.
Translate safety, HR and operational documents from English to Spanish.
Translate conversations during prospective employee interviews.
Assist in the communication between employees who have limited English speaking skills and the predominantly English speaking factory environment.
The right candidate will be working M-F, 7:30am-4pm but will be flexible enough to work some evening and night hours if needed.
