We are searching for a Director of First Impressions (Receptionist) to work with our Director of Hospitality to continue to make a difference in the daily lives of out guests.

Responsibilities include:Greet guests and provide them with excellent customer service Answer incoming calls and questions Redirect phone calls to the appropriate department / guest Assist visitors and all incoming mail/packages Ensure front desk area is neat and presentable Ad Hoc projects given by the Director of Hospitality Manages the Luxe Café Reports to Director of Hospitality.
