You will: Provide exceptional customer service to establish or maintain a relationship between our clients and their callersRemain in rotation and answer calls as they are presentedMeet all call criteria as set forth by Call Center ManagementGather detailed, fact specific information from the caller according to company standardsFollow all prompts and input caller information accurately to properly classify the callManage process for new and existing clients in accordance with all company procedures and standardsMaintain call control, providing efficient service without compromising serviceIdentify and escalate priority issuesShow the ability to style flex to each caller using appropriate tone of voice, conveying empathy where appropriateManage on system time efficiently to maximize productivityManage and record off system time appropriately, honestly, and accurately.
