OVERVIEW:
This position is responsible for tracking agent time and efficiencies and managing reporting and metrics.?

Excellent organization skills are required for this fast paced, high visibility position.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Demonstrates ability to work in accordance with the SaviLinx Guiding Principles.
Tracks time/payroll, this includes attendance updates in IEX.
Uses NICE IEX to communicate schedule and adherence expectations with floor supervisors & agents.
Communicates via phone and email with Sr.

Administration Supervisor.
Monitors real time adherence and executes workforce management.
Monitors softphone login and agent readiness state.
Manages Floor Supervisor floor support coverage at a 20:1 ratio, by updating IEX and ensuring proper rotation of phone time.
Timecodes and manages system downtime (enters tickets, escalates issues, etc.).
Assistance in COVID employee screening process may be required.
Additional Assignments (based on Site Operations Manager assignment):
Interviews candidates when necessary.

Assists OM in conducting agent engagement activities.

Attends nightly closing call if closing.

Determines and schedules agents for available voluntary time off and overtime recommendations.

Tests PC / Systems.

Conducts classroom roll call for attendance.

Regular and consistent attendance is an essential function of the job.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY:
This position supervises staff and is responsible for the hiring and performance management of the employees on their team.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee must be able to speak clearly, and be able to hear and see sufficiently to use a computer and monitor.
EXPECTED WORKDAYS/HOURS:
Must be flexible to work between the Hours of 8am-12am.

However, the company reserves the right to change the expected workdays/hours with or without notice.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or equivalent
18 years of age or older
Work Force Management experience preferred.

Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills.

Computer proficiency, particularly with Excel.

Customer service oriented (empathetic, responsive, patient, and conscientious)
Ability to multi-task, stay focused and self-manage in a remote workforce.

Must adhere to COVID safety measures while in the facility.
