General Description:
Part-time Administrative Specialist needed for busy bookkeeping firm.
This is a virtual position.
Duties will include completing work relating to administering LCP
Tracker requests and e-filing documentation.
Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Bachelor’s degree preferred
· Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
· Critical and analytical thinking

Job Requirements:
Sample Job Duties:
• Assign subcontractors to projects
• Set particular certified payroll reports to permit updates
• Verify apprentices
• Run weekly subcontractor reports and resolve inconsistent findings
• Add new subcontractors into the system
• Run various reports in the system
• Update monthly project files in Excel regarding current/closing status
• Ensure wage rates are current; download, enter, and verify new wage modifications as
needed
• Compare fringe benefit rates between certified payroll reports and fringe benefit
agreements and provide information to prime contractors regarding discrepancies
• Download and review monthly LCPtracker Administrator Release Document
• Update status of and respond to tasks using Asana
• Create .pdfs for e-filing email area and setup project folder for emails when projects
closes
• Commitment to maximizing and streamlining processes
• Create and maintain positive and professional relationships with contractors
• Create and update documentation regarding processes as necessary
• Respond via email regarding inquiries to any of the above
