Education:
Required High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED), ability to operate a multi phone line system, and ability to speak, read, write, and understand Spanish fluently.
Experience:
One to three years’ experience with office systems and procedures and one to three years’ experience working with word processing, spreadsheet, internet, and database software.

Summary: Answers and directs incoming calls to appropriate personnel; manages daily operations of reception area. Ability to speak, read, write, and understand Spanish fluently.
