In this role, you will be the face and voice of Southwest Network as you work at the reception desk at our administration office, answering phones, greeting staff, and helping with requests.
You will provide support, administrative, data entry and clerical services.
You must have a positive customer service attitude, be responsive, and have a desire to serve your fellow employees and our community with honesty, respect and strength.

QUALIFICATIONS To be eligible for this position, you must have a high school diploma or a high school equivalency diploma (GED), or equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience.
One year of prior office experience required and prior medical office experience strongly preferred.
You must meet the criteria for a behavioral health paraprofessional as established by the Bureau of Medical Facilities Licensing.
Requires strong writing, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
Knowledge and use of general mathematics is required.
Strong organizational, 10-key, and multi-line telephone skills, plus the ability to type 40 to 50 WPM are required.
Must be competent in Microsoft Office software.
Previous experience using the HMS Scheduling System is necessary.
Only candidates 21 years of age or older will be considered.

Job Requirements: ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS FOR THIS POSITION Professionally greets members, employees and visitors and answers, screens, and routes phone calls to appropriate staff.
Provides administrative and clerical support to organization executives and various departments within the Administrative office as well as throughout the organization, as needed.
Provides support to staff and executives by coordinating and helping prepare for meetings, training’s and special events, including scheduling meeting space, ordering food and beverage, and preparing meeting materials as assigned.
Manages administrative conference room calendars in Outlook.
Assists with purchasing (i.e., ordering office supplies, working with vendors) as assigned.
Receives, opens, and distributes incoming and outgoing mail.
Coordinates shipments and supplies for telemedicine practitioners to include monitoring and responding to the “Labels” email in box.
Updates The Help Book resource directory by entering information in the database.
Ensures coffee is available in the lobby for guests; cleans coffee pots and kitchen area nightly.
Uses HMS (electronic medical record) to look up member data as appropriate and when necessary to direct members to the applicable site or resource.
