We are seeking an Administrative Director of Cardiovascular Services to join our team!
Henrico Doctors Hospital , the Forest Campus , is a 340-bed acute care facility located in Richmond, VA.
We are a Hospital Corporation of America (HCA) facility, who ranks 63 rd on Fortune’s 100 , and is one of the largest healthcare systems in the U.S, where healthcare employment opportunities are almost endless!
The Administrative Director of Cardiovascular Services is responsible for setting the strategic direction for cardiovascular services across the Henrico Doctors’ Enterprise to grow market share in the service line.
Ensure the financial viability of cardiovascular initiatives.
Establish collaborative relationships with various departments end managers within the hospitals.
Design, plan, and implement programs that promote the mission to improve the health of the communities served.
Provide clinical administration and leadership for departments that report to the service line administrator.
Leadership and management:
clinical outcomes, credentialing/privileging, processes, services, satisfaction).
Operations and finance:
Valve/Transcatheter Aortic Valve Program, Advanced Heart Failure Program, Vascular Services, and CareAssure Program.
Provide reports to medical teams, transplant center, and others as requested.
Strategic planning and business development:
Physician relations:
