This is a Full-time position in Pittsburgh, PA posted February 17, 2022.

A leading architectural firm is currently looking for an Administrative Coordinator for their Pittsburgh location.  As Administrative Coordinator, you will support all levels of staff in the daily administrative needs and manage the company’s general organizational activities.

Successful applicants will have:

  • Previous Administrative Coordinator/Assistant experience in a professional office, in a team environment.
  • Expert knowledge of MS Office
  • Proactive attitude
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for internal and external clients

The Administrative Coordinator will also act as project manager for special in-house projects, including creating presentations, disseminating information, coordinating direct mailings, creating brochures, etc.

This position will be a flexible hybrid role; therefore you must live in Pittsburgh or the surrounding area.
