Additional information about transcripts is in this document.Specialized Experience is define as: Specialized experience equivalent to the GS-04 grade level in the Federal service which includes performing clerical, statistical, and data entry tasks in support of the administrative work of the office, using an automated data processing (ADP) system. Possess experience and demonstrated proficiency utilizing ADP system commands to create and delete files, search files and records, store or extract material from a variety of software packages to include word processing software, transmit large amounts of information, and general cumulative, statistical, tabular, narrative and graphic reports.You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas:* Clerical* Customer Service* Manages and Organizes Information* ReadingTime in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-04).EducationSome federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. For this position education is creditable:Successfully completed four (4) years above high school obtained in an accredited business, secretarial or technical school, junior college, college or university. One year of full-time academic study is defined as 30 semester hours, 45 quarter hours, or the equivalent in a college or university, or at least 20 hours of classroom instruction per week for approximately 36 weeks in a business, secretarial, or technical school.
