“ Position Overview: The Administrative Associate provides general office support with a variety of activities and related tasks.
The Administrative Associate will be responsible for greeting office guests, answering incoming telephone calls, directing calls to appropriate team members, collaborate cross departmentally, and special projects as needed.
This is a part-time position working Monday through Thursday from 9:30 a.m.
– 3:30 p.m.
in our Dallas, TX office location.
Job Responsibilities: Greet office guests in a professional, friendly and hospitable manner Answer phone calls with a welcoming and positive demeanor; ensure phone calls are directed to the appropriate team member Type correspondence, reports, and other documents Scan documents for electronic storage; assist with movement of documents into electronic systems Assist in scheduling, calendaring and confirming tasks, activities and appointments Prepare conference rooms for meetings; clean conference rooms after each meeting Maintain orderly and clean lobby, front desk, conference rooms and break room areas Coordinate maintenance of office equipment and equipment supplies Assist with planning and preparation of client events and employee events Perform a variety of administrative duties as assigned Are you the next brick?
