JOB SUMMARY: Under the direction of the Sales & Marketing Director, is responsible for supporting all efforts of the Marketing & Sales Department by providing administrative support.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
Other duties may be assigned.
Acts as greeter and assists and directs visitors to the appropriate party.
Answers incoming phone line and will be required to get all pertinent information from calling party for appropriate follow through.
Assists the sales staff with follow up on all prospects that visit the community.
Maintains and coordinates schedule for tours, outreach visits, meetings for the Sales & Marketing Department.
Clerical support including data entry, generating reports, preparing marketing collateral packages, making copies, organizing presentation folders, preparing admission packages, ensuring that all paperwork is processed through the proper departments.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must have strong computer skills.
Must be highly organized, have professional phone etiquette, able to multi-task and prioritize workload with minimal supervision.
Ability to handle discreet personal and confidential information and documentation.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: 2 year experience in an administrative support role, experience with large event managment preferred.
Must be highly effecient in Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel and Outlook.
Experience using database programs, such as REPs, preferred.
Must be able to type a minimum of 35 words per minute.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.41
– $23.16 per hour COVID-19 considerations: Health screening done daily.
Personal protective equipment provided.
All team members must have COVID vaccination with at least one dose complete before start date.
