Nesco Resource is seeking a self motivated Admistrative Assistant to work remote for our client.
You must have a working computer with high-speed internet for video conferencing. Candidate will need to have MS Suite installed on computer.
Description:
Provides office services by implementing administrative systems, procedures, and policies, and monitoring administrative projects.
Duties:
- Daily Zoom Call to check in with Client
- Create and manage social media posts
- Manage appointments and calendars for Client
- Create Newsletters
- Provides information by answering questions and requests.
- Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects; expediting work results.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
