Job DescriptionServes as the Administrative Assistant to the Senior Director of People Culture Operations as well as the administrative support person for the Human Resources Team.Essential Functions of the position are detailed below, and include any physical requirements below that.
Serve as the primary point of contact and support for the Senior Director of People Culture Operations.
Interacts with the organization’s leaders and employees to answer questions and resolve inquiries.
Responsible for receiving and vetting requests, prioritizing administrative activities, scheduling meetings, supporting special projects, and handling both routine and non-routine administrative tasks.
Provide seamless administrative support to the HR Team to ensure that ongoing tasks, operations and expectations are completed on time and error-free.
These may include responding to emails and phone calls, running reports, managing employee records, maintaining manual and electronic filing systems and supporting team members with audits and projects.
Ability to design and produce documents, reports and presentations.
Ongoing responsibilities may include ordering supplies, reconciling expense reports, processing invoices, copying, binding, and scanning.PLEASE NOTE: Essential functions include all other duties and responsibilities as assigned.Kneel and move from sitting, bending, kneeling or standing multiple times a day.Push and pull objects up to 20 poundsClimb up and down up to 3 flights of stairs at a time.Lift up to 20 pounds.Other Requirements Comply with program and/or Agency requirements related to (check all that apply).Background check, including any program specific requirements.Additional Requirements: Excellent verbal and written communication skillsdrafts correspondence, notes and communications and communicates accurate information.

Ability to maintain focus on current projects and tasks as well as being flexible to pivot when unplanned situations arise.
Anticipates Senior Director’s and Team’s needs with respect to upcoming meetings, activities and deliverables.
Strong skill set with office applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
