Our IT Support Specialist position in Sonoma is a fantastic Temp to Hire opportunity.

Hours of work are generally Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Experience writing Powershell scripts is highly desirable.-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
– A strong customer service orientation -Ability to perform work with little direction and to receive a high volume of inbound multiple customer requests This individual will be responsible for job duties like:-Troubleshooting computer hardware and software-Troubleshooting mobile phone software including iOS and Android apps.

-Receiving and responding to service requests and problems in a customer service-oriented manner
– Maintaining media presentation equipment-Performing an inventory of installed desktop hardware and software components -Analyzing end-user computers’ performance indicators to ensure systems are operating efficiently.

– Achieving computer system objectives through collecting relevant data, identifying and evaluating options and suggesting an appropriate course of action.
