Ajilon is partnering up with a family-owned company looking for an Administrative Assistant.
The position is temp, full time, Monday through Friday onsite in their Richmond office.
Our client is looking for a professional receptionist who is friendly and loves to interact with customers.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls, as necessary.
Take and relay messages.
Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner.
Answer any questions visitors have.
Helping maintain workplace security by issuing, checking, and collecting badges as necessary and maintaining visitor logs.
Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times.
Receive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail.
Providing administrative and clerical support
Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
2-3 years of relevant experience in an office environment
Demonstrated ability to read, write, and speak English.
Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks without guidance
Excellent interpersonal skills
Punctual with strong attendance history
Work Hours: Monday – Friday 8-hour days (somewhat flexible)
Compensation: Depending on experience $23-25 per hour depending on experience
