We are seeking an exceptional Office Admin to join our team and assist with administrative and office support responsibilities. This position is ideal for a reliable and organized professional who has outstanding administrative skills and wants a stable long-term position with a growing company.
Our ideal candidate:
– A detail-oriented self-starter with the ability to take initiative and work with minimal supervision.
– Must be a team player with a positive and flexible attitude, the ability to prioritize workload, multiple tasks and deadlines.
– Experience with Excel and Word at high level
– 2 YEARS in an office role
– Good communication skills
– Inventory experience is a PLUS
Job Duties:
– Assisting with Inventory of all retail locations
– Sales Reports
– Daily administrative work
– Making sure all problems are solved in a timely manner
