Position: Service Administrative Assistant

SCHEDULE:
The Service Administrative Assistant must be available to work Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm and every other Saturday from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm.
This position is non-exempt from overtime and must be available to work before or after hours as necessary.
SUMMARY:
The Service Cashier is responsible for greeting customers, handling money transactions, and other administrative duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Service
Greet & acknowledge every customer as they come up to the Cashier desk
Answer customers questions and provide information to their questions or complaints
Maintain positive, professional work relationships with customers, vendors, and employees
Money Transactions
Balance drawer every morning
Receive payment by cash, check, credit cards, vouchers, or automatic debits
Accurately and efficiently complete all sales transactions and maintain proper cash and media accountabilities
Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to customers
Process Fleet payments online
Other Administrative Duties
Filing for manufacturing rebates
Process claims on aftermarket warranties
Complete Purchase Orders for vendors
Process Owner Advantage customer transactions
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
Experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Required
Accounting Experience preferred
1 year of customer service experience preferred
Education / Certifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Certifications / Licensures
Valid Driver’s License with acceptable Motor Vehicle Record as outlined by company policy
