Administrative Assistant to Corporate Risk & Information Security Reporting to: Chief Risk Officer At CNB, we care deeply about the safety and soundness of the bank.
To help our customers, we want to ensure the bank is meeting its obligations in regards to BSA/AML compliance, Fraud Risk Management, Electronic Banking Risk Management, Enterprise Risk Management, Information Security, Third Party Risk Management, and Business Continuity.
The Administrative Assistant to Corporate Risk and Information Security would support the risk functions of the bank, allowing us to be the best bank we can be for our customers.
This role maintains department records, researches risk functions, gathers data, prepares reports, assists with scheduling and preparing for meetings, takes meeting minutes, and assists with special projects.
In this position you would gain understanding of all the facets of Corporate Risk and Information Security functions, as well as assist in the development, implementation and administration of the Corporate Risk and Information Security programs What competencies are needed to be successful in this role?
(5-8 points) An associate degree with an emphasis on business, or equivalent work experience.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.
Proficiency with a PC and associated programs (such as Microsoft Office).
Able to maintain calendars and schedule meetings.
Able to handle multiple tasks with interruptions.
Knowledge of current banking regulations What does a successful first year in this position look like?
(5-8 points) Gain knowledge of all facets of Corporate Risk and Information Security.
Research information and technology in support of the risk functions.
Support the Chief Risk Officer and Chief Information Security Officer with managing calendars, meeting set up, Manage invoices for the departments, recording expenses to department records Prepare reports and presentations to maintain the Enterprise Risk Management Program.
Provide assistance to internal and external auditors/examiners Assist in implementing strategies to mitigate risk to the organization Acts as a backup for teammates as needed.
