The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for supporting and assisting the President, Chief Financial Officer, and other executives of the Company.
You will coordinate daily calendars, manage appointments and meetings for both internal and external parties, plan travel arrangements and find more efficient ways of managing the Denver office and keeping executives organized and efficient.
You will be responsible for curating and maintaining Crusoe’s Denver HQ to provide Crusoe employees a productive and inviting work environment.
The Administrative Assistant will be an integral part of creating a company culture and must have a strong connection to Crusoe’s mission and values.
In addition to those mentioned above, your primary responsibilities will involve day to day operational tasks including vendor management, ordering, event planning, and general administrative support.
As the Administrative Assistant, you will be required to work at the office at least 4 days per week.
This person will work closely with other Administrative Assistants to provide seamless support to HR, Finance, and Business Development teams.
As the organization grows and develops, this person will take on different responsibilities and support different functions on an as needed basis.
