Job Description
PrideStaff is currently seeking a high-level administrative assistant to join our client’s team.
Or client is a family-owned pest control company in the Hattiesburg, MS area.
This person will be responsible for the following duties:
Handle incoming calls in a timely and professional manner Handling customer questions, concerns, scheduling, payments, etc.
Help with accounts receivable process Help with accounts payable process Take messages for the corporate team Manage the front desk Check mail Accept payments for property rentals HR filing Scheduling Saturday coverage Making the company newsletter Booking appointments Blocking schedules/scheduling PnL meetings monthly Office supplies for all 17 branches Data entry
Administrative Assistant Requirements
Ability to multi-task & maintain accuracy Strong attention to detail Typing skills & good computer knowledge Ability to communicate effectively and clearly via phone and email Ability to work 8 hour shifts Mon
– Fri Experience with Publisher, Outlook, Excel, and Word highly preferred
