Administrative Assistant Full time position in Warwick, RI Home Instead is looking for a dynamic multi-tasker to join us in our mission to enhance the lives of aging adults and their families.

– Friday 8:30am-5pm The responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Answer all incoming telephone calls with a smile and direct them to appropriate department Order all needed office supplies; maintaining an up to date inventory Put together all needed materials for training, marketing etc Handle incoming and outgoing mail Communicate effectively with all departments Work with all departments and assist as needed with projects (payroll, billing, training etc) Job Requirements Ability to communicate well verbally and in writing Organized; able to create and maintain systems that support effective communication between Client Care team members.

Very strong computer skills such as, but not limited to MS Outlook, Word, Excel Ability to anticipate challenges, initiate solutions and prioritize multiple tasks Ability to demonstrate effective problem solving skills Ability to demonstrate “customer first’ prioritization of activities Have a passion for seniors Each Home Instead franchise is independently owned and operated.
