Administrative Assistant – $80K-$90K – McLean, VA

Our client, an investment banking company, is seeking an Administrative Assistant/ Office Manager to join their team About You: A Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred.

5 years of Administrative Assistant/ Office Management experience.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite required.

Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.

Ability working in a fast-paced environment is a must.

Ability to multi-task and maintain a strong attention to detail.

The Job: Coordinate conference calls, and travel arrangements.

Answering the phones and interacting with high-level professionals.

Managing expense reports and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of company’s policies.

Other general office support as needed.

This is position pays a salary of $80K-$90K, depending on experience.
