The Administrative Assistant will support the cross-functional teams of Asset Panda by assisting with projects, programs, and administrative tasks.
This person will also collaborate with and communicate with employees, vendors, and customers.
This position will seek to assist management and increase efficiency throughout the company.
Responsibilities: Providing direct support to Asset Panda managers as requested.
Opportunities to collaborate with all aspects of the business.
Assisting the Customer Success Team in quote preparation.
Submitting requests for employee payouts for sourcing Asset Panda reviews.
Audit company systems for discrepancies.
Assisting in distributing company equipment to employees.
Work with third party to coordinate delivery of Asset Panda merchandise to clients.
Assisting with data quality & accuracy assessments.
Ad Hoc requests from management as they arise.
Qualifications: 1-2 years of Customer Service / Administrative Experience.
Ability to work with cross functional teams.
Enthusiastic and energetic with a CAN-DO attitude.
Technically inclined.
Experience with CRMs (SalesForce).
Great follow up ability.
Friendly and outgoing personality.
Strong customer service skills.
Excellent time management skills.
Reliable with Excellent organization skills.
Self-starter, Team Player with a desire to learn and grow.
