Administrative Assistant (HR and other dept.)
Pay rate: $25 -28/hr
***This will be a 3-4 month contract assignment
Loc: Roseville, Mi
Co is a tier-1 and 2 auto supplier of metal formed parts
Job duties:
Will be responsible for supporting HR function along with the other Managers in other dept.
Will manage/ update a significant amount of forms, documents, policies, etc.
Will enter/ update document
Will navigate through the company’s system to update documents
The individual will be responsible for non-stop clerical work
Required:
Must have strong computer skills in all Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
Seeking administrative experience
Seeking strong attention to detail
Hours: Mon to Fri., 7/8am to 4/5pm, flex hours, with an hour lunch
*While this is a temporary assignment 3-4 months, we are looking to have the individual work on a full time basis, however, open to part time hours as well.
