Our goal is to provide affordable home financing for our customers, utilizing the best terms available while providing a level of professionalism and service unsurpassed in the lending industry.Position SummaryThe Administrative Assistant, Investor fulfillment plays an important role in the organization by performing a number of tasks related to the company’s Secondary Marketing functions. The role is responsible, under moderate to intermittent supervision, for acting as an administrative resource for the VP, Secondary Marketing. The Administrative Assistant, Investor fulfillment provides high-level administrative support by completing activities such as preparing reports, handling information requests, submitting check requests, expense reports, maintaining data, and performing clerical functions such as copying, printing, faxing, and filing.Essential Functions* Create and compile deliverables on both a regular and an ad hoc basis for the VP, Secondary Marketing.* Provide analysis, perform research, and take the lead on special initiatives and projects from the VP, Secondary Marketing as needed.* Assist in the administration of check requests using the Concur system.* Serve as a system administrator for the electronic filing system, Blitzdoc; help teammates with account lockouts and perform other basic troubleshooting for the department as needed.* Perform general clerical duties and office support, to include, but not limited to: photocopying, printing, faxing, and filing.* Review loans to determine whether authorized signature(s) is required; collect signature(s) and submit completed loan packages to investors as needed.* Maintain an accurate master list of data related to branch late fees and provide information as requested.* Prepare and modify reports, memos, letters, and other documents using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software.* Establish and maintain strategic relationships with teammates and key stakeholders within the organization to help facilitate communication and drive initiatives.* Serve as a point of contact and information source for the department.* Support teammates in backup role as necessary.* Enter Calendar dates and meeting coordination.* Perform other duties as assigned.Qualifications* High school diploma or equivalent required, along with a minimum of four years total experience in progressively responsible administrative or secondary mortgage marketing related role(s).* Prior experience in Mortgage lending, Finance, or similar field strongly preferred.* Ability to type 60-70 wpm.* Passionate about delivering excellence in customer service.* Pursues everything with energy, drive and a need to finish; seldom gives up before finishing; especially in the face of resistance or setbacks.* Highly organized and detail oriented; ability to work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment required.* Familiarity with document retention software; Blitzdoc preferred.* Demonstrated patience and professionalism when interacting with both internal and external customers.* Proficiency with data entry, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook and/or Gmail required.* Self motivated and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.* Excellent verbal and written communication required; excellent spelling, grammar, and punctuation skills.* Ethical, with a commitment to company values.Supervision* Moderate to intermittent supervision required, depending on experience* Apply sound judgment in execution of core job responsibilities* Travel: 0%RequirementsPhysical: Work is primarily sedentary; mobility in an office setting.Manual Dexterity: Frequent use of computer keyboard and mouse.Audio/Visual: Ability to accurately interpret sounds and associated meanings at a volume consistent with interpersonal conversation.
