ITAC Solutions, LLC

ITAC Solutions is seeking a skilled Part Time Administrative Assistant for a great company in the Birmingham area. This person will be a strong communicator and highly organized.  

What you’ll be doing (duties of this position):

  • Answer and transfer phone calls, answering customer questions
  • Greet and direct customers in the office warmly and professionally
  • Coordinate meetings and travel arrangements as necessary  
  • Operate standard office equipment
  • File documents and forms for tracking and record-keeping
  • Order and maintain office supplies
  • Provide other administrative support as needed

What you’ll need to be considered (requirements):

  • 2+ years of relevant administrative experience
  • High School Diploma
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
