Express Employment Professionals - Bonita Spring

This is a Full-time position in Bonita Springs, FL posted September 16, 2021.

Administrative Assistant Needed for a Wonderful Community! 

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Provide administrative, clerical, accounts receivable and accounts payable support to the General Manager, Community Association Assistant, and the Gatehouse Operations Manager.
  • Serve as administrator for admin office functions.
  • Coordinate meeting room calendar and schedules, organize records for the Administration Department.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Requires experience in a Condominium or Homeowners Association office.
  • Requires secretarial and/or administrative experience. Must possess excellent organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Office, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Requires excellent oral and written communications skills. Must be highly competent in English grammar, punctuation and proper structure for reports, letters and presentations.
  • Requires a Valid Florida driver’s license.
  • Requires excellent customer service, analytical and problem-solving skills.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS & CHARACTERISTICS:

  • Must maintain positive working relationships with residents.
  • Must be a proactive team member, willing to share and generate ideas to improve company strategies, operations, and communications.
  • Must be a proactive, self-starter who is able to work independently and able to define and set priorities.
  • Must have flexibility with managing long-term projects while completing routine tasks (including answering phone calls and addressing resident walk-in traffic).
  • Service-oriented and outgoing to continue to improve the quality of the organization.
