PDS Tech, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Tewksbury, MA.
Description:
This position is for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support the Facilities Maintenance Service Desk
The CSR will be responsible for receiving, processing, and completing Facilities Maintenance requests as well as generating and distributing/dispatching the work requests to the appropriate persons/site
Responsibilities also include filing, system updates, and additional duties as assigned
Normal shift is 7:00am-3:30pm, occasional need for early start or late day coverage for team absence
Requirements:
Requires familiarity with Office 365 products, Prior Maximo use is preferred.
