Job Summary:
Essential Functions of Position:
?Provides a range of administrative supports to the staff working on Community Respite including setting up files, ordering supplies, equipment, securing taxi vouchers, maintaining petty cash, etc.
?Collects and organize data need for program evaluation an improvement.
?Assists in arraigning staff trainings, training new staff on documentation and communication protocols
?Helps to monitor that all shifts are maintaining files and records in accordance with agency and program standards
?Maintains Staff meeting minutes
?Provides varied administrative support tasks, such as typing, coping, filing, answering the phone, etc.
?Manages petty cash, check requests, and 3rd party bills.
?Maintains effective working relationships with insurers, DMH, local community resources, and treatment/rehabilitation programs throughout the Greater Boston community.
?Performs all other duties and projects as assigned by the Nurse Manager
Qualifications:
?Demonstrates proficiency in Windows, Word, and Excel
?Demonstrates professional writing, organizational and interpersonal skills

?Ability to work collaboratively as a member of multi-disciplinary and cross-functional teams.
?Demonstrated ability to work in a pressured situation and maintain clarity
?Ability to work independently
