Established law firm is looking for an entry level administrative support person for their estate planning and elder law group.
Responsibilities include phone coverage, scanning, copying, filing and maintaining/updating electronic files using document management system. Prepare and send draft estate plan packages. Draft correspondence, prepare files for signing, organize and prepare attorneys for meetings. Support and work cooperatively with team, managers, partners, other departments, offices and clients.
Must have good software skills, such as Microsoft word, excel and outlook.
