A local Madison bank is seeking a Loan Support Specialist to join their team.
Due to recent growth, the Commercial Lending Manager would like the Loan Support Specialist to start immediately Responsibilites: Prepare commercial loan closing documentation ensuring accurate compliance to approved credit presentations and regulations.
Interacts with all critical parties including bankers, credit underwriting, clients and participant banks, as well as own commercial loan administrative team.
Accuracy and timeliness are critical and the ability to meet deadlines essential.
Ongoing life-of-loan processing of payments and advances as well as new, renewed and modified loans.
Effective communication necessary to become a trusted liaison with bank customers and participants to ensure the accuracy and completeness of complex financial transactions.
Job Requirements: Requirement: 2 years of Banking experience Associate Degree 2 years of Loan processing experience 2 years of customer service experience
