Well-established Denver law firm is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team.
Full-time position involving a mix of administrative, secretarial, and office services responsibilities.
The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, quick to take initiative, and willing to perform a wide variety of different tasks.
Job Duties Include: Answering and directing incoming phone calls.
Communicating effectively with clients, attorneys, the courts, and other parties.
Maintaining case files, including electronic file organization.
Processing incoming mail and delivering parcels to the recipients.
Scanning and shredding documents.
Manage scheduling of conference rooms and organize setups for events.
New client intake and closing inactive client files.
Performing conflict checks for new clients and preparing reports.
Entering attorney time records into the firm’s timekeeping platform.
Drafting and proofreading correspondence.
Tracking internal and external deadlines.
Maintaining office supplies and ordering new supplies as needed.
Requirements and Qualifications: Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
At least 1-2 years of administrative assistant experience, preferably within a law firm setting.
Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Word and Outlook.
Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
This is a fully on-site position .
Candidates must be able to commute to the firm’s office daily.
