What You Will Do:
Attend meetings, prepare notes, and perform required administrative follow-up Maintain various paper and electronic filing systems in accordance with department procedures Order and maintain plant/warehouse supplies and equipment and maintain related expense records Responsible for vendor management: Process vendor setup requests Assist vendors with invoice inquiries Prepare reports for management and external reports based on the department functions, such as information on projects completed, tickets received, budget etc.
Answer phones and emails and schedule meetings for maintenance team, including internal and external meetings Coordinate travel and project work Maintain files and databases relating to equipment and work completed Help maintain training guidelines, assist in developing policies, procedures and/or best practices Ensure compliance with internal equipment ordering processes Track incoming equipment Assist maintenance team with documentation (equipment manuals, spare parts) Capable of helping manage mechanical projects Requirements:
Three years of administrative experience is preferred Minimum HS degree with common sense and good people skills Excellent computer skills a must Must be organized, detail oriented and able to multitask Must be proficient in MS Office, Word, Excel, Outlook Your Benefits:
