The Corporate Controller is responsible for providing financial analysis, developing and maintaining a documented system of accounting processes, and preparing accurate and timely financial reports. You will be a key member of the Executive Team who ensures we are able to sustainably support our mission while leading the finance and accounting team. -5 years managerial experience leading accounting and finance functions – Strong working knowledge of GAAP -Strong analytical mindset -Proficient in accounting software, preferably QuickBooks -Strong Excel skills -Knowledge of accrual accounting processes and procedures, and state and federal tax laws -Required: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance -Preferred: CPA and/or MBA designations are a plus -Experience with QuickBooks and Journal Entries -Location: Ocean County, New Jersey
