A Production Controller’s primary duty is to support an assigned Manufacturing area regarding inventory control, including use of ERP systems such as JD Edwards. Duties will include but, are not limited to the following: performing and monitoring inventory transactions for accuracy, inventory control in manufacturing areas, cycle counting, management of expired materials, production allocations, communication with Operations Planning, Material Management Center and other supporting teams to ensure production needs are met in a timely manner. Production Controller will act as a Subject Matter Expert on ERP system functionality and be responsible for all required investigations related to material control within the assigned Manufacturing area.

This is a full-time position. It is hourly. The position is Monday – Thursday, 2nd Shift 2:00 pm – 12:30 am.

• Has developed knowledge and skills through formal training or considerable work experience
• Works within established procedures with a moderate degree of supervision
• Actively participates, suggests solutions to problems

The Candidate

• High School/GED
• Technical Certificate or higher preferred
• 2-5 years of experience
• Logistics or manufacturing experience preferred
