Valuation Specialist

Looking for candidates all around the USA Performs all aspects of complex residential appraisal and/or appraisal review assignments which may include full-inspection walk-throughs, drive-by, and/or desk assignments. Completes or reviews appraisals ensuring reports are in compliance with regulatory and bank policy. Consistently demonstrates required valuation skillsets in appraisal development, reporting, and/or review. Demonstrates efficiencies in appraisal processes. Duties may include being responsible for quality oversight of lower level appraisers and trainees including collaboration with Valuation Managers on training programs, assisting with quality reviews, conducting studies of residential values and trends, conducting second level reviews of complex and non-complex appraisal assignments and reviews; may provide guidance to others regarding the high risk and complex appraisals. •Must be *CERTIFIED Real Estate Appraiser with 5 year minimum experience, having a primary focus in residential (not commercial) valuations – (Check online against National Appraisal Subcommittee registry/ASC.gov online to ensure Certified & Active). •Must be able to work 40 hours/week reviewing broker and appraisal valuation products for Default Servicing. •Must work from a home office with a secured private internet source. •Candidates must be willing to set up their own laptop and follow guided training modules with full comprehension and retention.
