Vaco: Senior Financial Analyst / Fp&A (Contract / 9 Months)

Updated 5-27-21 (this is a contract role that will operate remote).Vaco Atlanta has a Contract Senior Financial Analyst / FP& A consultant role for a great client we work with in Atlanta.

Targeted compensation is from $45 $55 an hour.

Please apply for immediate consideration.Responsibilities:* Assist in the preparation and expansion of the monthly financial reporting and analysis package* Update the weekly rolling 13-week operating cash flow report* Maintain and continue development of the KPI dashboard, updated weekly* Assist the CFO in developing the annual and long range budgets, as well as periodic forecast updates* Track various revenue and expense metrics; develop dashboards to enhance operational effectiveness* Develop profitability studies of each major account to ensure company profitability targets are being met* Create and maintain financial models for decision support* Heavy data analysis, manages 1) sales and order report (taking in region data, aggregating, reporting on it to Expects, KPI’s this is the most imp task, very manual process), 2) FP& A for corp depts (budget/ forecast for HR, IT, Finance, 2022).

Ad hoc other things.Requirements:* Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.

MBA a plus but not required* 2 or more years of experience as a financial analyst in a large company setting* Manufacturing / Distribution industry experience preferred but required* Must have advanced Excel proficiency and experience with JDE or OneStream is a plus* Proximity to our clients midtown location in Atlanta is important as this role will require a hybrid in-office presence
