Reporting to the Controller, this position will coordinate all activities around the truck rental business, as well as oversee the accounts payable and truck floorplans. Prior dealership experience is beneficial but not required. This is a new position, open due to explosive growth at the company. RDK offers competitive wages and benefits.Duties:* Coordinate Rental Truck program. Work with salespeople to ensure all documents are complete and accurate. Prepare monthly customer invoices for rental trucks. Process payments for monthly invoices. Follow up with customers on unpaid charges. Update company records for truck status of all vehicles in the fleet.* Maintain truck floorplan records and accounts. Maintain general ledger accounts for truck floor plans ensure all activity is properly recorded. Prepare monthly reconciliation of accounts with Miami office. * Coordinate the accounts payable process. Ensuring timely payment of invoices by preparing weekly disbursements* Assist Controller with processing HR and payroll records Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to the job.* Bi-lingual is essential Skills/Qualifications:Bi-lingual, data entry, intermediate Excel, basic knowledge of accounting processes, customer service, Written and verbal communication, professionalism and attention to detail RDK offers competitive pay and company sponsored benefits.
