Our world class finance team is currently hiring a Treasury Manager, Capital Markets!

Key Responsibilities
Ownership of long term cash flow and capital planning modeling Assist in capital structure analysis, planning and shareholder distribution strategy Support repurchase and dividend program strategy and execution Assist in capital markets activities including issuance of debt, commercial paper, redemptions, refinancing and rating agency relations Lead financial review and approval process for capital projects including senior management review Maintain relationships with investment banks, rating agencies and other material external financial relationships Development and maintenance of various financial models and analytical tools to support decision making Support various other projects and initiatives as required
Qualifications & Preferences
MBA with 3+ years business experience with a strong understanding of corporate finance principles Prefer experience related to capital markets and project/financial analysis in a corporate environment Strong modeling skillset
– Ability to model P&L, balance sheet, cash flows, discounted cash flows, and conduct risk assessment on company and projects basis Ability to compile and present to senior levels of the organization Demonstrated ability to work with, and understand, legal, tax, treasury, and accounting on an international basis Self-starter with track record of presenting to senior management and participating on projects with minimal management supervision Cross functional exposure to sales and business development a plus
