Your Contribution to Our Mission: The Test and Evaluation Systems Engineer works with customers, program managers and project engineers to define test objectives and identify and select test methods and instrumentation.

They are responsible for the following tasks: * Create plans and procedures for safely conducting these tests, utilizing existing test facilities and equipment, and/or designing new tools or techniques.* Work with various teams to develop/interpret test requirements that meet customer and government requirements/regulations for our sensor systems, supporting electronics, and complete systems.* Conduct, oversee and support test operations in accordance with safety and quality policy and procedures, maintaining overall technical control of test programs, including supporting hardware and electrical set up, instrument calibration, and test article prep.* Prepare technical documentation, including test procedures, safety reviews and test readiness reviews.* Manage cost and schedule for test programs.

Coordinate cost and schedule planning/estimates.

To Land This Job, You Need: * A Bachelor of Science degree in engineering or a related discipline, along with at least 8 years of related experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).* Specific experience with DoD testing requirements and programs.* Strong written and verbal communication skills; strength in teaming and collaboration in a diverse work environment.
