Salary: $115,000 – $140,000 per year

We are looking for a seasoned technical accounting professional to join our team in a high visibility role as Director of Accounting.

Job Details

The ideal candidate will have most of the following:

• 10+ years of progressively responsible accounting/financial leadership roles
• 2+ years of experience working for publicly traded companies
• SEC filings experience
• Property/lease accounting experience
• Revenue recognition experience
• Real Estate and/or Big 4 experience is a huge plus
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA required
