With a focus on Financial Consultant development and collaboration, you will be provided with various resources to maximize and ensure successful client outcomes.As a Team Leader of Financial Consultants, you will lead a team of Advisors and Relationship Managers who provide advice to clients. Each Financial Consultant manages a book of clients to ensure their respective households have a financial plan with solutions that meet customized client needs.The Expertise We’re Looking For* We ask that you have at least five years in a planning and relationship-based role* We believe that three or more years of Leadership within a financial services environment will be integral to our success* We seek an active Series 7, 9/10 and 66 licensesThe Purpose of Your RoleOur mission is to provide our clients with outstanding service, a long-term relationship, and to ensure clients have a financial plan in place to reach their desired outcomes.
