What The Staff Accountant Will Do
- Bank reconciliations, Analyze and post journal entries to the GL
- Assisting with preparing financial statement packages for assigned entities
- Review and analyze A/R and A/P to ensure they are coded and recorded accurately
- Assisting with month end close, also accruals and prepaids
What The Company Needs In a Staff Accountant
- 2+ years of Accounting experience
- Associates Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business is preferred but not required
- Must have a good understanding of Debts and Credits
- Property management or multiple entity experience is a plus
- Self-driven, dependable, eager to learn, ability to meet deadlines
- Good communicator, ability to multitask
- Intermediate in Excel
