– Complete a thorough analysis of loan files to determine compliance with company, investor, and FHAVA guidelines.

– Evaluate the entire credit package and collateral for residential mortgage loans and ultimately ensures a quality loan product.

– Checks accuracy of all calculations and data integrity.

– Communicate decisions to appropriate individuals within company
– Uphold fair lending practices
– Meet daily and monthly targets for productivity
– Ensure the highest quality and level of customer satisfaction What You Need for this Position
– Bachelors degree in business, economics, finance, mathematics or related field
– Prior mortgage underwriting experience
– FHA or VA experience is a plus but not mandatory What’s In It for You
