Sr. Property Accountant- (Luv)

Preparing and consolidating financial statements, analyzing and reconciling accounts, analyzing cash flow, creating budgets and forecasts, preparing audits, and managing internal control maintenance and regulatory reporting are among the key responsibilities for this role. Candidates need to bring strong analytical skills to the role and should be capable of handling challenging, fast-paced work environments. Employees receive solid compensation and benefits. You will also have the chance for growth.Your responsibilities• Coordinate Ad-hoc projects as necessary• Apply oneself to various department-wide initiatives• Contribute to coordinating quarterly reviews and testing with internal and external auditors• Provide monthly consolidated P& L and Balance Sheet flux analysis for management reporting• Review financial information such as trends, performance metrics, benchmarks, etc. and present analysis in a clear manner• Supply Balance Sheet account reconciliations• Adherence to continuously improve the automation of the accounting and reporting process• Successfully collaborate with business partners to ensure compliance with corporate accounting policies, procedures, controls and provide support on special requests when necessary• Provide monthly accounting closure procedures and deliverables, which includes journal entries, reconciliations, reports in compliance with GAAPsend resumes to Luv Mirani• 4+ years of Real Estate and general accounting experience, ideally with public accounting experience• Vow to meet business deadlines• Previous experience in public accounting is valued but not required• Strong time management skills preferred• Comfortable working in a changing and dynamic environment• Proficient in ERP systems• Month end closings experience• Seizes opportunities to produce results without direct supervision• BA/BS in Accounting, CPA credentials are preferred• Extraordinary analytical, quantitative and social skills• Strong communication and social skills• Be detailed, flexible, and organizedsend resumes to Luv MiraniRobert Half Finance & Accounting matches skilled professionals with remote or on-site jobs in accounting, bookkeeping, finance, audit, taxation and more on a full-time basis.
