Job Description
Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Financial Reporting Accountant to join their Phoenix team! The role will be responsible for preparing SEC filings including 10-Q, 10-K and 8-K’s. In addition to research and accounting guidelines for new and existing transactions.

Preferred Qualifications
- 4+ years of relevant accounting experience and SEC knowledge
- CPA highly preferred
- Familiar with ERP and reporting software
- Solid understanding of GAAP
