Summary
The Senior Financial Analyst for HTAS will support the Margin Resiliency & Performance (MR&P) team for the Global HTAS Business Unit. The team is tasked with improving short and long-term operating margin through a few key areas:Margin enhancement tied to SKU complexity management, new product development efficiency, and SKU health assessmentsIntegrated productivity management through the wing-to-wing connectivity of functions and process across GTSMaturation of advanced analytics and proactive margin management tools leveraged across HTAS to achieve margin expansion goalsInstallation of margin management governance and rhythmsThe position can be remotely based in the United States and will report directly to the Finance Manager of the HTAS business unit.What Success Looks LikeHave a curious and questioning mindset! Be driven to ask questions and push for new ways of solving problems and delivering insights to business partners around HTAS and MR&PSupport efforts to improve the reporting and analytics of the MR&P team to deliver insights into the health of a product category and help the business unit deliver >20% operating margin Build, improvement, and maintain data models that support Margin Enhancement efforts of MR&P.Support modeling, reporting, and analyzing gross productivity and tariff mitigation efforts.Deliver to the FP&A Senior Manager of HTAS month-end close materials highlighting the MR&P team’s progress in driving improved margin performance.
Qualifications
5-7 years of relevant financial work experience and established skills in a corporate business unitProven ability to use data to and analytics to deliver business insights to key stakeholdersStrong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to independently manage multiple concurrent tasks in a dynamic and fast-paced settingExperience supporting strategic planning and month-end close processesAdvanced abilities in Excel modeling and working with large data setsBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting
Preferred Qualifications
* MBA preferredExperience with data visualization tools such as PowerBI, Alteryx, or Tableau
